HL Capital Introducers LLC collects contact information, firm information, project submissions, investment mandates, supporting documents and introduction responses. We retain operational activity needed to administer the platform. We will follow up to request supporting documents after your submission.
How we use information
We use your information to review opportunities and mandates, manage requested introductions and respond to you. Submissions are accessible to authorized HL reviewers. Limited summaries may be presented to a potential introduction counterpart. Contact details are exchanged only when both parties accept. Documents are not automatically shared with counterparts.
Service providers
This website is hosted on Lovable Cloud, which stores form submissions. Submissions are also sent to our CRM (GoHighLevel) so our team can follow up, and we may email you about your submission. HL does not sell personal information.
Text messaging (SMS)
We send SMS only to people who opt in via our website forms or ask us to text them. Messages relate to their inquiry, follow-ups and scheduling. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact support@hlcapitalintros.com. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Retention and requests
We retain records while needed for relationship administration, legitimate business purposes and applicable obligations. To withdraw a submission or request access, correction or deletion of information, visit our contact page. Deletion requests may be subject to applicable retention obligations.
What to upload
Only upload information you have authority to share. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank credentials, account access codes, personal tax returns or other unnecessary sensitive information. Access restrictions reduce exposure; no service can promise absolute security.
